Martin Lambot buys out Nautex

After succeeding his father at the helm of Tecmar a few months ago, Martin Lambot is continuing to expand his business with the purchase of Nautex from its founder Florian Foglietti. Anthony Steinberg, newly recruited, has already taken up his post as the company's sales manager.

Tecmar and Nautex: a synergy between two companies that remain independent

Nautex and Tecmar remain two distinct entities, each operating in specific markets.

TECMAR's new site in Sainte-Soulle, with a 240 m² shipping area, a 1,250 m² warehouse and a 300 m² assembly area, will strengthen Nautex's logistics organisation.

Nautex, equipping yachts with technical, top-of-the-range products

For more than 15 years, Nautex International has specialised in the distribution of top-of-the-range technical marine equipment. Its flagship products include CARBONAUTICA composite steering wheels, composite gangways, FORESPAR spinnaker pole tips, MAINFURL furling booms, TIDES MARINE mainsail tracks, ATN spinnaker socks and UBI MAIOR deck fittings.

Martin Lambot: ‘Nautex is a company well known to demanding sailors. As an enthusiast myself, I'm delighted to be able to share in its history and promote high-quality technical products for sailing. I'd like to thank Florian Foglietti for the work he has done and the confidence he has shown in allowing me to take over this fine company.
